In reaction to the practices of the federal government we constituents of these United States do declare a cessation of all laws restricting our inalienable rights as defined in the original Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution.

Similar behavior resulting in the American revolt against Britain is now evident as parallels of deceit and usurpation of power has left the American citizen bereft of any recourse.  Thru great sacrifice and endless gatherings did our founding fathers delineate our American doctrine.  The selfless sacrifice these individuals made has become the mutated fundamentals now interpreted as loyalty.  Our tendency toward morality has become someone else’s framework for deception.  What was once Equal Rights has now become Miranda Rights. 

As was written in the original Declaration of Independence history shows people will not overthrow a corrupt government for small reasons due to practicality.  The people will choose to suffer instead.  Had the authors of the document practiced such apathy we would not have become free from Britain.  Nor would the exact principals of freedom we espouse have ever been drafted.  In the instance of unmistakable oppression and unrepresented legislation did our founding fathers design a better way.  Without regard to their immediate worth or knowledge of the outcome these men forged decency toward all regardless of the cost.  All of the atrocities we see committed by our legislators, our judges and our officers today were noted over two hundred years ago.  The simple concept of rights and representation was given life in the original document.  The purpose is of paramount concern.  What people consider constitutional rights are diluted by ignorance and apathy, but above all because of fear.  Our unwillingness to act against encroachments of our rights completes our modern definition of government;  An uncontestable amalgam of assumed power over all activities.

American doctrine limits the power of government and states infractions should be corrected by the people themselves.  We blindly rely on our elected officials to monitor our country’s practices.  We assume the employees they hire will also act appropriately.  Our modern interpretation of government willingly allows those in the capital building to re write our opinions and acquire the necessary validation to carve themselves disproportionate compensation as well as safety from indictment.  Those thought to be in a position of monitoring important government practices are actually human facades shielding the true conspiracy.  Evasion of accountability has become commonplace and is responsible for diverting billions of dollars away from the very people who created the tax base.  These private agendas are hidden from the common man and are becoming dangerous and sinister and oftentimes not even conducted in America.

The need for government officials was never meant to create careers.  Much the opposite our founding fathers included term limits to preclude any one personality from becoming too prolific.  Career politicians and partisan affiliations were known to cause corruption and were therefore eschewed.  The concept of self appointed salaries, benefits, and retirement plans would have been unheard of.  Factor in the personal agendas of these elected officials and the source of their funding and it becomes clear how much damage a very few people can do.  The very people hired to maintain equality and decency are individually responsible for devaluing our livelihood and ruining our future.  It has become time for the average person to stand up and defend the individual rights of American citizens.  It is time the people stood up ran this country as our elected officials have failed.
